Job summary

RealmOne is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the Measure of Effectiveness program for a key USG customer in the United States. The role manages cost, schedule, and performance, serving as the main contact for the CO/COR and government program management.

It requires coordinating staffing, budgets, and risk mitigation while ensuring compliance with contract requirements. Active security clearance with polygraph is required, with a focus on timely communication of issues and technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, communications or related discipline.
• Minimum seven years of project management experience, including four years managing DoD government contracts.
• Experience leading a large, dispersed team and providing timely reports.

Responsibilities

• Allocate resources (staffing, facilities, budgets) on the contract.
• Review and approve earned value, ETC, and other financial reports.
• Ensure cross-discipline integration to meet government needs.
• Provide effective management of contractor's effort with higher-level PMs when applicable.
• Prepare program status reviews for Government PM.
