AT&T is seeking a Principal Project/Program Manager for the FirstNet Program. You will drive disciplined execution across business planning, executive communications, and cross-functional workstreams to achieve strategic priorities.

You will lead complex, multi‑year initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, translating priorities into clear plans, timelines and accountable owners while ensuring measurable outcomes and alignment with budget and leadership expectations.

Competenze

• 5+ years of professional work experience.
• Proven program/project management experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives to completion.
• Experience working within large, highly matrixed organizations across multiple functions.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Demonstrated ability to operate with speed, autonomy, and sound judgement.

• Serve as the central integrator for the FirstNet Program, aligning leaders, teams, priorities, and workstreams.
• Lead complex program and project management by translating priorities into clear workplans, milestones, owners and timelines.
• Orchestrate cross-functional execution across competing priorities, resolving ownership gaps and interdependencies.
