AT&T Global Public Sector is seeking a Chief of Staff for the FirstNet Program, an onsite role based in the designated location two days per week. You will drive disciplined execution of business planning, leadership cadences, and executive communications across a large, matrixed organization.

The role requires advanced program management, ability to translate priorities into plans, manage budgets, trackers, and cross-functional teams, delivering timely updates and actionable recommendations.

Competenze

• 5+ years of professional work experience.
• Proven program/project management experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives to completion.
• Experience working within large, highly matrixed organizations across functions.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Ability to operate with speed, autonomy, and sound judgment, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Serve as the central integrator for the FirstNet Program.
• Lead complex program and project management, translating priorities into clear workplans, milestones, owners, dependencies, and timelines.
• Orchestrate cross-functional execution across competing priorities, resolving gaps in ownership and interdependencies.
• Drive executive communications and storytelling, synthesizing complex information into concise leadership updates and materials.
• Own and strengthen the program’s operating cadence, including planning and leadership reviews.
• Apply strong financial and business acumen to support budget planning and forecasting.
• Operate with pace, judgment, and autonomy, escalating critical decisions as needed.
• Drive organizational effectiveness and change initiatives to strengthen alignment and accountability.
