AT&T is seeking a Principal Project/Program Manager for the FirstNet Program. This onsite role requires shaping disciplined execution across strategic priorities, with advanced program and executive communications skills to translate complex priorities into actionable plans.

The position emphasizes leadership cadence, budget awareness, and cross-functional coordination to deliver outcomes in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Competenze

• 5+ years of professional work experience.
• Proven program/project management experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives to completion.
• Experience working within large, highly matrixed organizations across multiple functions (Product, Sales, Finance, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Communications).
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, including synthesizing complex topics into clear, decision-ready materials.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Demonstrated ability to operate with speed, autonomy, and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.

• Serve as the central integrator for the FirstNet Program, aligning leaders, teams, and workstreams.
• Lead complex program and project management, translating priorities into clear workplans, milestones, owners, and timelines.
• Orchestrate cross-functional execution across competing priorities and dependencies.
