Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of project management experience in facilities management or construction.
• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in architecture, construction management, civil/structural/electrical/mechanical engineering or state registration as architect/engineer.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing large-scale facility projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple facility-related projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop project scopes, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with internal departments, external vendors, and contractors to meet project requirements.
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and evaluate bids.
• Ensure compliance with US Government Client regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
