You will coordinate regulatory deliverables, support contract implementation and amendments, and collaborate across departments to meet contractual obligations, supporting government programs

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Medicaid, Medicare, and/or Marketplace government programs experience.
• At least 1 year of government contracts experience.
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, Marketplace and/or other government-sponsored programs and program compliance.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail oriented with analytical reasoning abilities.
• Proficient in analyzing and compiling data, creating reports, and presenting information.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a highly matrixed environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Microsoft Office suite proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, conduct and respond to research requests pertaining to government health care programs.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports for filings and reviews.
• Review plan submissions for quality, accuracy, and timeliness; ensure contractual/regulatory compliance.
• Assess information from government contracting agencies and disseminate to plan staff.
• Participate in meetings with state agencies and Molina departments to share relevant information.
• Maintain department documentation and archive system for historical/audit purposes.
• Conduct structured reviews and audits of new regulatory mandates, contract amendments, and implementations.
