Job summary

Molina Healthcare in Des Moines, IA seeks a Senior Government Contracts Analyst to support Medicaid, Medicare, Marketplace contract activities and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate research requests, review provider agreements and reports, and ensure timely submissions across government programs.

You will work with multiple departments, maintain archival documentation, and participate in regulatory-change reviews to implement required updates across the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Medicaid, Medicare, and/or Marketplace programs with 1 year in government contracts.
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, Marketplace programs and compliance.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects.
• Detail-oriented with analytical reasoning abilities.
• Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and presenting information.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, conduct, and respond to research requests on government health programs.
• Review agreements, EOC, member handbook, directory and reports for compliance.
• Assess information from government agencies and disseminate to staff.
• Participate in meetings with state agencies and Molina departments.
• Maintain documentation and archive system for reports and audits.
• Conduct audits of regulatory mandates and ensure changes are implemented.
