The Aerospace Corporation in El Segundo, CA or Chantilly, VA is seeking a Contracts Manager responsible for preparing, negotiating, administering, and terminating standard and non-standard government and commercial contracts. You will analyze contractual data, advise management, and manage contract data in the CMLS/ERP systems.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in contracts, knowledge of FAR/DFAR, and the ability to travel occasionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required
• Five or more years of contracts or corporate experience is required
• Experience with government and commercial contracts management is required
• FAR, DFAR, CAR, NFS and other federal acquisition regulations knowledge is required
• Research and analysis skills for drafting topic papers
• Willingness to travel occasionally

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and execute NDAs with various customers
• Prepare, negotiate and execute proposals and contracts
• Perform risk assessment of proposals and contracts terms
• Administer and manage contracts with focus on deliverables and terms
• Manage contract data in CMLS and ERP systems
• Communicate contract provisions per FAR/DFAR and maintain records
