Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience in purchasing and/or procurement.
• Experience in contract administration, management, and/or monitoring.
• Working knowledge of contract monitoring and quality assurance practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Knowledge of State purchasing and contracting rules, regulations, and procedures (Chapter 287, F.S.)

Responsibilities

• Manages contracts for the purchase of commodities and contractual services.
• Maintains contract files and provides consultation to department contract managers.
• Ensures compliance with legal requirements and reports to the Purchasing Manager.
