Job summary

Addison Group in McLean, VA is seeking a seasoned Contracts Manager to oversee a diverse contract portfolio, including IDIQs, task orders, and cost-type engagements. You will draft, negotiate, and administer subcontracts and modifications while ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and flow-down requirements.

Responsibilities include supporting incurred cost submissions, coordinating DCAA support, and providing pricing analyses with labor mapping and rate validation.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of hands-on contracts experience in a government contracting environment.
• Experience supporting both prime and subcontract environments.
• Deep working knowledge of FAR and DFARS, IDIQ and task orders, and cost-type/CPFF contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of a diverse contract portfolio including IDIQs, task orders, GSA Schedules, and CPFF contracts.
• Draft, negotiate, and execute NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontracts, and contract modifications.
• Manage subcontractor compliance and flow-down requirements including FAR/DFARS clause analysis.
• Administer SBA joint venture agreements and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Support incurred cost submissions and coordinate DCAA audit support activities.
• Maintain audit-ready records in the contract management system.
• Provide pricing support, including labor category mapping, rate validation, and cost narrative review.
• Identify risks early and escalate issues before disputes arise.
• Support both prime and subcontract activities and collaborate with leadership and stakeholders.
