Job summary

E-Space is seeking a Senior Government Contracts Manager to join the Contracts team on-site in Arlington, Texas. You will manage the full lifecycle of government contracts, subcontracts, and OTA agreements, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and regulatory requirements while partnering with cross‑functional teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5–10 years of federal government contract experience.
• Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS, OTAs, data rights, and contract administration.
• Proven ability to draft, negotiate, and manage complex government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer government prime contracts and subcontracts.
• Guide CLIN structures, pricing, deliverables, and contract terms for compliant proposals.
• Support capture, bid reviews, and compliance assessments throughout proposals.
• Manage OTA agreements from negotiation to administration and performance.
• Identify risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and liaise with internal teams.
