We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Senior Government Contracts Manager to join our Contracts team on-site in Arlington, Texas. The ideal candidate brings 5-10 years of experience managing federal government contracts and possesses strong working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs), data rights frameworks, and contract line item structuring.
The Senior Government Contracts Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle management of government contracts, subcontracts, and OTA agreements, from proposal development and contract negotiation through contract administration, performance management, and closeout. This role serves as a key business partner, ensuring contractual compliance, mitigating risk, and supporting strategic growth objectives across Department of Defense and other federal government programs.
Working closely with Business Development, Program Management, Finance, Supply Chain, and executive leadership, the Senior Government Contracts Manager provides guidance on contractual requirements, proposal compliance, customer obligations, regulatory requirements, and business risk considerations. The successful candidate will balance sound contract management practices with business objectives, helping the organization successfully pursue, win, and execute government contracts while maintaining compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
This position is ideal for an experienced government contracting professional with a background in contract management, acquisition, procurement, business administration, law, or a related discipline who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can effectively manage complex contractual matters with a high degree of independence and professionalism.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Arlington, Texas. The role requires daily collaboration with contracts, business development, program management, finance, engineering, and executive leadership teams in a fast-paced government contracting environment.
Occasional travel to customer locations, government facilities, industry events, consortium meetings, or other company sites may be required. The position operates with a high degree of autonomy and independent judgment while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support company growth, contractual compliance, and successful program execution.
