Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator in Falls Church, VA, to work onsite and support critical government missions within Contract Management.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong knowledge of FAR and government contracts. You will lead and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders, drafting funding letters and negotiating key documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead/Manage/Support the Air and Space Forces sector primary responsibility and the role’s impact on the mission.
• Collaborate with external and internal primary points of contact (Accounting, Finance, Contracts, Operations, Business Development).
• Drive strategic outcomes on how the team innovates and resolves challenges.
• Draft and submit incremental funding letters.
• Negotiate and review NDAs, TAs, and contractual documents.
• Utilize Oracle, Microsoft Office and other tools in the Contracts role.
