Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in arts or sciences.
• 8+ years of related experience in subcontracts, contracts, procurement, supply chain, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DEAR, cost and price analyses, and subcontract negotiations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full subcontract lifecycle for complex and high-value actions, from planning to closeout.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop acquisition strategies and address performance issues.
• Drive compliant, cost-effective subcontract outcomes by managing cost, schedule, and risk.
• Utilize FAR/DEAR and procurement systems knowledge to support program delivery.
