Job summary

General Dynamics IT is seeking an experienced Contracts professional to administer a broad portfolio of U.S. Government prime contracts, task orders, modifications, and subcontracts through the lifecycle.

The role requires 8+ years of related experience with DoD or Federal contracts, strong negotiation skills, and thorough knowledge of FAR and agency supplements. Onsite work at Falls Church, VA or Hanscom AFB, MA is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; field: business, finance, or contract management.
• Experience with U.S. Government contracts and FAR compliance.
• Strong negotiation and contract administration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Administers a broad portfolio of U.S. Government prime contracts, task orders, modifications, and subcontracts.
• Reviews and negotiates terms ensuring FAR/compliance with agency supplements.
• Supports proposals by reviewing solicitations and identifying contractual risks.
• Advises program management on requirements, obligations, risks, and business considerations.
• Drafts/negotiates NDAs, teaming agreements, and other documents.
• Coordinates awards, modifications, funding actions, and close-out activities.
