Serco Inc. is seeking an Associate General Counsel – Government Contracts to serve as a senior legal advisor for U.S. and international government contracting.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum 8 years advising U.S. government contractors on procurement law including FAR/DFARS.
• Strong knowledge of government procurement regulations and trade compliance (ITAR/EAR).
• Experience negotiating complex government contracts and conducting compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal counsel across full government contracting lifecycle (capture, proposal, award, performance, closeout).
• Interpret FAR/DFARS and agency supplements and advise on contract structure, risk, pricing, and compliance for U.S. and international procurements.
• Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of government contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, and related agreements.
• Advise on compliance, audits, investigations, and regulatory matters in government programs.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on litigation, investigations, and regulatory inquiries.
