Job summary

Serco Inc. (Serco) is seeking an Associate General Counsel – Government Contracts to provide strategic legal counsel across U.S. and international government contracts.

The role covers procurement, compliance, claims, disputes, and business operations involving government customers. You will advise senior leadership, work with contracts, compliance, HR, procurement, and programs, and lead drafting and negotiation of government contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, and related agreements.

Qualifications

• JD required with active bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum 8 years advising U.S. government contractors on procurement law (FAR/DFARS).
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal counsel across the full government contracting lifecycle.
• Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of government contracts and NDAs.
• Advise on compliance with regulatory requirements and audits.
• Assist with bid protests, claims, and regulatory investigations.
• Collaborate with executives, contracts, HR, procurement, and programs.
