Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking an Associate General Counsel – Government Contracts to provide senior-level legal counsel across U.S. and international government contracts.

You will support the full lifecycle, including capture, proposal, award, performance, and closeout, while ensuring regulatory compliance and strategic risk management. The role requires a DoD Secret clearance eligibility, U.S. citizenship, and a JD from an accredited law school with active bar membership.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school; active bar membership.
• Minimum 8 years advising U.S. government contractors on FAR/DFARS.
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel across the full lifecycle of government contracts, including capture, proposal, award, performance, and closeout.
• Interpret and apply FAR, DFARS, agency supplements, and procurement regulations.
• Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of government contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, and related agreements.
• Advise on compliance with FAR, DFARS, and trade controls; support audits and regulatory reviews.
