NLB Services is seeking a highly experienced Contracts Specialist with deep U.S. Government contracting expertise to support subcontracting under prime contracts for CDMA maintenance programs. A JD or advanced legal degree is strongly preferred.

The role requires drafting, negotiating, and executing government contracts, applying FAR/DFARS, and ensuring flow-down of prime obligations. Expertise with SSOW, PWS, IDIQs, and GTAs is highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• JD or advanced legal degree strongly preferred.
• Experience with U.S. Government contracting and subcontracting structures (military programs).
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, SSOW, PWS, IDIQs, GTAs.

Aufgaben

• Draft, review, and negotiate subcontracts ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and prime contract requirements.
• Perform pre-award risk assessments on government/military bids and provide guidance to minimize exposure.
• Coordinate contract workflows and maintain approvals/escations in relevant systems.
