Job summary

AAR is seeking a Senior Contracts Analyst to manage the full contract life cycle from solicitation to close-out. You will interface with DLA and other customers to meet business objectives and drive customer satisfaction, with relocation planned from Wood Dale to the Merchandise Mart (Chicago) in 2027.

Responsibilities include leading negotiations on price/cost analysis, preparing contract documentation, and maintaining organized contract records within the ERP system (IFS).

Qualifications

• BA/BS from a four-year college or university, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in commercial or non-DoD contracting environments preferred.
• Experience in compliance, regulatory, audit, or governance functions.
• Experience supporting state, municipal, civic, or corporate organizations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze solicitations and respond to awards from DLA and other platforms.
• Lead price/cost analysis negotiations with Government customers.
• Manage contracts in the ERP system (IFS) and maintain documentation.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams and external customers.
• Identify risks and opportunities and report to leadership.
