Job summary

AAR is seeking a Senior Contracts Analyst at our Wood Dale, IL headquarters, with relocation to the Merchandise Mart in Chicago in early 2027. You will manage the full contract life cycle, from solicitation through close-out, and lead negotiations with government customers to ensure compliant, successful contracts.

Role requires a 4-year degree and 3–5 years of federal contracting experience, with strong FAR/DFARS knowledge and ERP experience (IFS).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of federal contract administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal contracting principles.

Responsibilities

• Analyze solicitations and respond to awards issued through DLA and other platforms.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, cost analysis, and contract determinations with Government customers.
• Respond to and resolve customer issues and concerns.
• Manage contracts in the ERP system (IFS) and maintain documentation.
• Provide guidance and training to the contracts team and cross-functional groups.
