Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks an experienced construction inspector to deliver surveillance reports on federal projects in Devens, MA.

You will ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards across multiple trades, while supporting change orders and contract modifications. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 10 years of large project experience, and familiarity with RMS 3.0 and OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; construction degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years on large federal construction projects; DoD/USACE preferred.
• Experience with RMS 3.0 and three-phase inspection.

Responsibilities

• Delivers surveillance reports on construction for compliance with plans and specs.
• Supports investigation and preparation of change orders.
• Develops detailed inspection requirements and control methods.
• Observes construction phases for schedule/spec compliance and flags issues.
• Prepares daily site reports including safety and manpower notes.
