Job summary

Caddell Construction in the United States seeks a Governmental Project Manager to lead full-scale construction projects across varied domestic locations. You will plan, budget, schedule and coordinate owners, A/E teams and subcontractors to meet scope and control costs.

Requirements include 7–10 years in construction with a four-year degree in engineering or construction management, strong leadership, and MS Office proficiency. Salary range $103,500–$140,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in construction, with USG project experience preferred.
• Four-year degree in engineering or construction management is required.
• Strong leadership and client relations skills with excellent written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manages entire construction projects, including planning, directing, coordinating or budgeting activities.
• Interfaces with owner, A/E representatives, subcontractors; ensures scope meets design, budget and schedule.
• Plans, coordinates onsite functions and directs on-site administrative staff.
• Ensures safety, quality and productivity of subcontractors and craft employees.
• Administers financial tracking to monitor costs and forecast remaining work.
