Job summary

Caddell Construction is seeking a Construction Executive – Governmental to oversee the total construction effort on multiple projects, ensuring design, budget, and schedule compliance.

The role requires 15 years of PM experience, strong communication, and leadership skills with preference for an engineering/ construction management degree. Salary ranges are competitive with premium incentives for complex government work.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and adherence to processes.
• Knowledge of project controls and reporting practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects ensuring design, budget, and schedule compliance.
• Set expectations and drive accountability for safety, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Recruit and staff key office and field positions.
• Interface with owners, A/E reps, and subcontractors when needed.
• Maintain project logs and documentation; ensure policy adherence.
• Direct planning, scheduling and engineering activities as required.
• Support project mobilization/demobilization and monthly financial reporting.
• Support client pursuits and bids with the Governmental Business Unit.
