Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field.
• 5+ years of federal contract administration experience.
• Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS.
• Familiarity with government contract document management and compliance requirements for aerospace and defense.
• Strong organizational skills and deadline-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Administer prime contracts, subcontracts, and intercompany agreements in compliance with FAR, DFARS, and contract-specific terms for aerospace programs.
• Track and manage contract deliverables, period of performance milestones, and modification actions.
• Prepare, review, and process contract correspondence, modifications, and associated documentation.
• Support export compliance processes including ITAR / EAR classification and license tracking under senior oversight.
• Maintain contract files and documentation in compliance with federal records management requirements.
• Coordinate with program managers and CFO on contract financial performance, funding status, and billing authorization for space systems programs.
• Assist in the preparation of proposal terms, representations, certifications, and contract section L/M compliance.
• Support subcontractor administration including flow-down clause compliance and performance monitoring.
