Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Government Compliance Counsel to promote and manage public procurement compliance across the organization. This role advises on conflicts of interest, post-government employment rules, and Government Compliance obligations while coordinating with CORE, Global Contracting, Contract Management and outside counsel.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of Government Compliance program initiatives.
• Develop and deliver Government Compliance training and policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend program improvements.
• Collaborate with Legal, CORE, Mergers & Acquisitions and external counsel.
• Conduct localized training and assist investigations related to Government Compliance issues.
