SpaceX in Washington, DC seeks a Government Program Development Manager to grow Starshield and AI business with U.S. Federal Civil agencies.

You will lead stakeholder engagement, guide responses to RFIs/RFPs, and drive a scalable development pipeline across satellite communications and AI solutions. Role requires deep experience in federal civilian markets, strong proposal and cross-functional collaboration skills, and willingness to travel domestically 25–50% while operating with a startup

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in business development, account management, sales, or US Government acquisition
• Familiarity with federal procurement processes and contract vehicles

Responsabilidades

• Identify and build relationships with Federal Civil agency decision-makers and technical evaluators
• Grow space sensing, satellite communications and AI solutions into new revenue lines for federal civilian programs
• Shape responses to RFIs, RFPs, Sources Sought, and other solicitations including pricing and strategy
• Collaborate with engineering, customer ops, finance, and other internal units to drive sales results
• Dive into US Government connectivity, satellite communications, AI, and compute markets to identify opportunities
• Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to align on program development
• Refine engagement roadmap based on strategy, feedback, and competitive analysis
