Job summary

Onebrief, a provider of AI-powered workflow software for military planning and operational coordination, seeks an Operations Manager to own the customer relationship from users to Senior Executives. You will translate product usage into renewal, expansion, and growth outcomes while coordinating with internal teams to maximize adoption across complex environments.

You will lead a team of engagement managers, ensure sponsorship, and drive strategic initiatives with government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale staff planning, including coordination with senior leaders and executives.
• Familiarity with planning exercises and software deployment protocols on classified networks.
• Proven ability to expand business presence within a region through software or technology solutions.
• Experience in customer support, incident response, and coordinating with product teams.
• Strong technical aptitude to master the application and troubleshoot cross-platform issues.
• Proven ability to navigate large government organizations and deliver outcomes.
• Current Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI.

• Serve as senior field representative, align internal teams and stakeholders to meet requirements.

• Direct resourcing and strategic goals for a team of engagement managers.
• Own customer retention and growth through renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Build lasting customer trust and align diverse stakeholder perspectives.
• Coordinate with other Operations Managers to synchronize planning across commands.
• Enable expansion opportunities by conveying Onebrief value proposition.
