Koniag Government Services seeks a Senior Business Operations Manager with a TS/SCI clearance to support the AI2 Office at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. The role leads cross-functional efforts, analyzes acquisition policies, and guides compliance with DoD guidance, developing SOPs and action plans.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience.
• Experience working for a Senior Executive Service leader at OSD level.
• Deep knowledge of senior-level Action Officer functions.
• Experience developing and reviewing acquisition documentation and strategies.
• Providing consultative guidance, ensuring compliance, and optimizing acquisition strategies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with multitasking ability.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Capability to build presentations from concepts.
• Proficiency with MS Word and PowerPoint; MS Teams, Excel and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks across workstreams to align with strategic vision and schedule.
• Analyze acquisition policies and procedures for AI initiatives.
• Provide guidance to ensure compliance and optimize acquisition strategies.
• Assist analysis of alternatives, DoD instructions, and technology readiness assessments.
• Draft correspondence on behalf of Government Leadership for review/approval.
• Manage staff communications with stakeholders at all levels.
• Develop and oversee action plans to complete identified data tasks.
• Review performance results and propose changes as needed.
• Participate in Acquisition-related Working Groups to represent AI2 equities.
• Draft and manage government correspondence processes and suspensions.
