Citi is seeking a Governance Reporting & Analysis Sr. Analyst to drive remediation analytics for the USCC Centralized Customer Remediation Team.

The role focuses on managing population analyses, documenting outputs to internal audit and regulatory standards, and guiding remediation lifecycles with strong cross‑functional collaboration. The successful candidate will possess 3+ years of analytics experience, proficiency in SAS/SQL and Python or R, and excellent communication skills to influence

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Prior Data Analytics or Remediation experience preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of programming languages (e.g., SAS/SQL, Python and/or R).
• Experience creating and analyzing large complex datasets with ability to identify trends.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Responsibilities

• Owns, designs, and manages remediation population and impact analyses for USCC issues, including Regulatory.
• Create comprehensive documentation conforming to Internal Audit and Regulatory expectations.
• Provide effective challenge throughout the data remediation lifecycle (root cause analysis, planning, queries, and post remediation).
• Challenge preconceived notions about data to ensure complete universe of impacted customers is identified.
• Cultivate and support a sustainable control environment by improving identified opportunities.
• Assess risk when business decisions are made.
