Job summary

Citi is seeking an Issue Remediation Senior Analyst in a hybrid role in the United States. You will lead Wealth Client Remediation analytics, managing a professional team to deliver data-driven insights and remediation plans.

You’ll coordinate with regulators and business partners to ensure timely, accurate outcomes. As a Data/Information Mgt Int Analyst, you will apply analytical thinking to complex problems, drive cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to governance and policy

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of relevant experience in data/ information management or remediation analytics.
• Ability to think strategically and coordinate with cross-functional resources.
• Knowledge of analytic tools such as SAS and SQL; experience with big data and ML tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead remediation analytics for NAM Wealth Lines of Business (Retail banking, Mortgage & Wealth).
• Perform impact assessment to size customer impact and dollar amounts.
• Identify issues and root causes using analytical methods; support audit with data evidence.
• Manage daily deliverables while expanding knowledge of broader context in the function.
• Assess risk in business decisions, ensure compliance with laws, policy, and governance.
