GCash is seeking an experienced Corporate Affairs and Governance leader to oversee regulatory compliance, board governance, and governance frameworks across the Mynt Group. You will supervise teams, ensure timely reporting to regulators, and drive governance excellence.

Qualifications include Juris Doctor and 9+ years in corporate services; strong English, MS Word and PowerPoint; proactive, detail-oriented and capable of high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Educational background: Juris Doctor.
• Years of work experience: 9 years.
• Lawyer in good standing with at least 5 years in corporate services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise compliance with regulatory requirements and timely reports to regulators.
• Manage Board and Committee meeting processes, notices, agendas, and minutes.
• Draft and maintain governance policies, charters, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee delivery of governance support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead governance initiatives and provide governance advice to Management and business units.
• Develop Corporate Affairs teams, set goals, and ensure quality and accountability.
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior governance leadership.
