Job summary

Grand Circle Corporation is seeking its first Head of Compliance to establish a comprehensive program across the organization. The role reports to the Chief People Officer and partners with Information Security, Finance, and other leaders to design a robust, global compliance framework.

The ideal candidate will drive governance, training, metrics, and reporting, building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across multiple business functions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive compliance, risk, audit, governance, or related experience.
• Experience building or significantly enhancing a compliance program from the ground up.
• Ability to influence executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk assessment, internal controls, and policy development.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the company's global enterprise compliance strategy and roadmap.
• Establish a company-wide compliance operating model and governance forums.
• Design risk-based audit and monitoring programs with reporting to executives.
• Partner with Information Security, Finance, Legal and other leaders on compliance initiatives.
• Lead training, metrics, dashboards, and continuing improvement across functions.
