• Leadership Decision Support - Synthesizes operational, financial, clinical, quality, workforce, and strategic information into integrated organization perspectives.
• Cross-System Alignment - Facilitates organization prioritization discussions and aligns priorities with operational planning and execution.
• Operating System Development - Identifies dependencies and coordinates work across organizational boundaries to improve alignment.
• Organizational Learning - Coaches Integrators and strengthens leadership operating system through learning and improvement.
