Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s seeks a senior leader to oversee the Patient Services department, driving strategic planning, service delivery, and operational excellence. This role partners with executive leadership to align with the Medical Center’s strategic plan and to improve value of care, patient experience, and staff workflows.

Qualifications

• Master of Nursing, MBA, or similar field with a Bachelor's in Nursing.
• 10+ years in the field with 7+ years in a leadership role with business impact.
• Licensed RN.
• Doctorate in related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning - Develop and implement the Patient Services Strategic Plan; improve value of care and services.
• Leadership - Provide vision and lead collaboration, planning, and evaluation; coach team members.
• Human Resource Management - Attract, hire, and retain top performers; workforce planning and onboarding.
• Financial Management - Ensure budgets, productivity, and cost efficiency; oversee resource utilization.
• Performance Improvement/Safety - Improve care quality and safety; drive continuous improvement and action plans.
• Regulatory Compliance - Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and standards.
