Job summary

Leadout Capital in Herndon, VA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for GovCloud to own technical program management across new builds and prioritized engineering initiatives. You will partner with product, engineering, security, and ops to convert strategic objectives into executable plans and manage critical dependencies.

This onsite role requires active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and 4+ years of experience in SaaS/PaaS environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing complex technical initiatives and projects in SaaS/PaaS environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and Agile principles.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into executable plans and manage dependencies.
• Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph (required).

Responsibilities

• Establish program structures and align cross-functional teams around GovCloud priorities and business objectives.
• Apply technical, analytical, and Agile methods to guide software engineering teams through the lifecycle.
• Lead Steering Committee forums to guide decisions, remove blockers, and resolve issues.
• Champion business objectives and steer long-term program strategy across the enterprise.
• Build partnerships with functional teams to ensure alignment with goals and customer needs.
• Identify roadblocks early and address them to keep delivery on track; deliver monthly status updates.
