Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical support or services role with ability to manage multiple cases
• Knowledge of Internet technologies (firewalls, web servers, web proxy servers) and RDBMS with SQL
• Familiarity with OO programming and web development (JavaScript/HTML/CSS, Java/.NET, XML/SOAP) and TS/SCI clearance

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve assigned customer cases of all severities, including Mission Critical;
• Deliver clear, accurate, timely technical guidance to maximize customer satisfaction;
• Collaborate with R&D, Worldwide Support, and Support Ops to troubleshoot and drive resolution;
• Build deep expertise across the Salesforce platform and learn new technologies quickly.
