Digile Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Google Workspace Engineer to lead deployment, administration, and AI integration of our cloud collaboration environment. You will scale Google Workspace infrastructure and drive adoption of Gemini Enterprise and NotebookLM across the organization.

You will bridge Google Workspace with Microsoft 365, manage complex migrations, governance, and hybrid collaboration workflows, while ensuring security, data privacy, and compliance across platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience engineering and administering enterprise Google Workspace environments.
• Expertise in Google Admin Console, Shared Drive Architecture, Google Vault, Mail Routing, API Permissions, and Domain Governance.
• Generative AI: hands-on experience deploying or managing Enterprise AI tools (Google Gemini for Workspace, NotebookLM, or custom GCP AI integrations).
• Strong operational knowledge of SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).
• Proven track record with migration utilities such as CloudM Suite, Google DMS, rclone, or BitTitan.

Responsabilités

• Administer, configure, and optimize enterprise-scale Google Workspace environments (Google Admin Console, Organizational Units, Domain Governance).
• Implement robust Security & Compliance controls including DLP, Google Vault, CSE, MDM/Endpoint Management, and email security protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Manage automated user provisioning, access control, and bulk tasks using GAM and PowerShell.
• Lead deployment, governance, and user enablement for Google Gemini Enterprise and NotebookLM across business units.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify AI use cases, develop prompts, and automation workflows.
• Establish data privacy, compliance, and security guardrails around Generative AI usage.
• Architect and execute data migrations from Microsoft 365 into Google Workspace and design cross-platform permissions for coexistence.
