Job summary

DEW Softech Inc. seeks a Google Gemini Enterprise Architect to guide strategic integration of Gemini Enterprise with Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems. The role is a full-time contract with hybrid work; the first 120 days are onsite in Trenton, NJ, followed by a hybrid schedule with three days onsite and two remote.

The candidate will lead integration efforts, design scalable architectures, and mentor teams while staying current with Gemini enhancements and AI industry trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Gemini Enterprise (Gemini Enterprise)
• Experience integrating enterprise AI platforms with business workflows and systems
• Experience serving as a subject matter expert or technical consultant in an enterprise environment
• Demonstrated success implementing AI solutions delivering measurable business value
• Deep understanding of Gemini Enterprise architecture, APIs, and integration capabilities
• Knowledge of cloud platforms including Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, and AWS
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications including SharePoint, Outlook, and Office 365
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Self-motivated with strong project management capabilities

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SME for Google Gemini Enterprise across internal agencies
• Provide strategic consultancy on AI-driven business solutions and best practices
• Conduct assessments to identify Gemini Enterprise integration opportunities
• Lead integration efforts between Gemini Enterprise and enterprise workflows and systems
• Design and implement integration architectures aligned with security and compliance
• Troubleshoot complex issues and develop integration solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation and integration specs
• Develop playbooks and use-case libraries for common scenarios
• Mentor team members on Gemini capabilities and integration techniques
• Stay current on Gemini enhancements and industry best practices
• Identify innovative AI applications to solve business challenges
• Evaluate and optimize existing implementations for performance and efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and enhance solutions
• Monitor industry trends and recommend strategic improvements to enterprise AI capabilities
