Huzzle is seeking a skilled PPC Manager with 3+ years of hands-on experience to lead and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. You will develop strategies, manage budgets, and drive ROI for clients.

The role offers 100% remote work, exposure to international clients, and opportunities to grow in performance marketing. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio are valued.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of PPC management or performance marketing experience.
Strong proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, and Performance Max).
Hands-on Meta Ads management (Facebook & Instagram).
Proven ability to optimize campaigns for conversions, lead generation, and ROAS.
Experience managing multiple campaigns and budgets.
Proficient in GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Develop paid media strategies focused on leads, conversions, and ROI.
Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversions).
Perform keyword research and audience targeting.
Manage budgets and allocate spend across campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages.
Set up, monitor GA4 and GTM conversion tracking.
Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams to align with business objectives.
