Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a skilled PPC Manager to drive paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. With at least 3 years of hands-on experience, you will develop, execute, and optimize strategies to deliver measurable ROI and strong leads for clients in a fully remote, independent contractor role.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on PPC management experience.
• Strong proficiency with Google Ads including Search, Display and Performance Max.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
• Proven ability to optimize campaigns for conversions and ROAS.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
• Proficiency with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
• Excellent English communication and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Develop paid media strategies focused on lead generation and ROI.
• Monitor performance; optimize CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting.
• Manage budgets and allocate spend effectively.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, messaging, targeting, and landing pages.
• Set up and troubleshoot GA4 tracking via GA4 and GTM.
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
