Job summary

TestGorilla, a fully remote company, is seeking a Sr. Demand Generation Manager to own the largest acquisition lever: Google Ads, with lifecycle, enrichment, and website systems to turn spend into revenue.

You will prove, with data, that every dollar of spend becomes pipeline and contribute to cost-efficient growth as the company scales. You’ll collaborate with Sales and RevOps on lead quality, design automated nurture workflows, and stay ahead of AI/privacy changes to build repeatable systems

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing
Hands-on ownership of a Google Ads budget of six figures per month (B2B SaaS preferred)
Deep expertise across Google Ads stack: Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Smart Bidding, tagging

Responsibilities

Own demand generation across paid and organic channels; manage and scale Google Ads budgets and adjacent channels
Build and own source-of-truth reporting (SQL, dashboards, attribution, incrementality)
Own paid landing pages, ad creative, and offers; run rapid A/B tests with statistical rigor
Design and own automated nurture workflows and enrichment infrastructure (n8n, Make, HubSpot)
Partner with Sales and RevOps on lead quality and campaign performance; present to leadership
Stay ahead of platform changes and AI ecosystems; turn tests into repeatable systems
