State of Wisconsin, through the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, seeks a Good Faith Effort Analyst (Equal Opportunity Specialist Senior) to evaluate prime contractor Good Faith efforts toward DBE goals. This full-time, hybrid role is based at 5555 N Port Washington Rd, Glendale, WI, with in-office presence at least two days per week and telework within Wisconsin.

The incumbent provides consultation to management and DBE firms, enforces federal and state equity regulations, and supports

Qualificações

• Experience with data analysis to evaluate contractor performance and compliance.
• Experience collaborating with groups from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds and ethnic populations.
• Strong communication skills for outreach and in-house consultation.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate the scope and appropriateness of prime contractor Good Faith efforts to meet DBE goals.
• Analyze prime contractor solicitation and pricing practices; monitor subcontractor quoting trends.
• Approve or deny Good Faith Effort approvals when goals are not met; provide management consultation.
• Participate in DBE bid letting activities and provide administrative support.
