Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for playing golf and helping others improve.
• Strong interest in swing mechanics and golf technology.
• Engaging, approachable personality with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and player development activities (swing assessments, lessons, clinics).
• Play golf with members to encourage participation and retention.
• Enhance player performance through customized instruction and club fitting.
• Plan and manage junior, adult, beginner, and social coaching programs.
• Drive membership growth by developing a strong new member pipeline.
• Organize outreach events to activate members and attract new golfers.
