• Golf Instruction (70%): deliver at least 10 hours/week of instruction; oversee instruction and player development programming.
• Junior Golf & Larger Group Programming (30%): design and run junior programs, camps, and clinics; recruit and supervise staff.
• Administration (10%): assist with scheduling, billing records, and monthly participation data.
