Job summary
The Olympic Club in San Francisco, CA seeks a Golf Player Development Professional to support junior programs and golf instruction within the Golf Operations Team.
Responsibilities include club fittings, basic repairs, overseeing the demo program and marketing instruction to members, with a focus on delivering high-quality coaching and programs to the club’s membership.

Qualifications
- TPI Level 1 certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
- Certified Club Fitter and TrackMan knowledge with certification timeline.
- V-1 Video Swing Analysis knowledge or certification within 90 days.
- Strong English oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in golf instruction and basic club repairs.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Player Development with junior programs and instruction.
- Support club fittings, basic club repair, and the demo program.
- Oversee custom orders and market instruction programs to members.
- Assist in camps, clinics, personal lessons and boot camps for members.
- Coordinate communications about programs via the club website and publications.
