Job summary

The Olympic Club in San Francisco is seeking a Golf Player Development Professional to join our Golf Operations Team. You will assist in junior programs, oversee demo and instruction programs, and help manage fittings and related services for club members.

Responsibilities include coordinating camps and lessons, maintaining communications through the club website and publications, and ensuring compliance with club policies. This is a full-time on-site role at our San Francisco campuses.

Qualifications

TPI Level 1 certification or ability to obtain within first 90 days of employment.
Certified Club Fitter.
Working knowledge of TrackMan and V-1 Video Swing Analysis.
Strong English oral and written communication skills.
Previous golf instruction experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

Assists with instruction for camps, clinics, personal lessons, boot camps, etc. for Olympic Club members.
Assists in developing and instructing junior programs.
Oversees club fittings and repairs; trains staff on standards of fittings and basic repairs.
Oversees Club Demo Program scheduling, communications and day-of oversight.
Communicates instruction programs to members via olyclub.com, blogs/articles/videos, Olympian Magazine, and other club channels.
Abides by laws, club policies, bylaws and house rules.
Performs other duties as assigned by Club management.
