Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Agronomy, Turf Management, Horticulture, Plant Science)
• 5–10 years of progressive agronomic leadership experience
• Proven track record delivering high-quality playing conditions at a discerning club
• Experience managing a full maintenance team, budgets, and capital plans

Responsibilities

• Own the agronomic program from soil to surface, delivering consistent, high-quality playing conditions year-round
• Lead, mentor, and develop a full maintenance team and manage labor planning
• Translate agronomic strategy into clear dialogue with leadership and committees
• Develop and manage the department budget, capital plans, and environmental stewardship programs
