Job summary

The Summit Golf Club in Minnesota is seeking an experienced, hands-on Golf Course Superintendent to lead maintenance, mentor staff, and drive improvements in course conditions and equipment reliability. The role requires strong leadership and a track record of delivering exceptional playing surfaces.

You will manage turf programs, irrigation, budgeting, and safety while maintaining exceptional playability on a 7,000-yard, 18-hole course and a 9-hole Par 3 layout.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Golf Course Superintendent or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of turfgrass management and cultural practices.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude with ability to diagnose and repair maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and execute all golf course maintenance activities.
• Lead and develop grounds crew, manage budgets and safety.
• Maintain and repair irrigation and equipment; monitor turf health and pest management.
• Ensure championship-grade course conditions across all surfaces.
