Job description

Every great round of golf begins long before the first tee time. It starts with a dedicated team, a well-maintained piece of equipment, and someone who takes pride in creating exceptional playing conditions.

At The Summit Golf Club, we're proud to offer a 7,000-yard, 18-hole championship course alongside a 9-hole Par 3 course, featuring bentgrass fairways, tees, and greens. Maintaining these playing surfaces to the highest standards takes skill, dedication, and a superintendent who understands that great golf courses are built through hard work and attention to detail.

We're looking for an experienced, motivated, and mechanically skilled leader who enjoys being hands-on, building a strong team, and finding ways to make the golf course better every day. As our Superintendent, you'll oversee all aspects of course maintenance and operations, lead and develop our grounds crew, and ensure our equipment performs at its best.

The Summit has a proud history of award-winning course conditions, and we're ready to get back to that level of excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of the course, bring fresh energy and ideas to the operation, and help restore The Summit to the exceptional playing conditions our members and guests deserve.

If you're passionate about golf, take pride in your work, and are ready to make a lasting impact on a growing golf operation, we'd love to hear from you.
